ppWe are currently seeking an Accounts and Admin Assistant to join a well?established industrial company located in Erbusco (BS), part of an international organization.
/p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a basic background in administrative tasks and a keen ability to communicate effectively.
/p pThe selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring communication and coordination between the Italian and UK offices regarding administrative processes.
Therefore, fluency in English, both written and spoken, is an essential requirement for this position.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRaising PO/Sales between subsidiaries and external suppliers /li liDay?to?day bookkeeping including bank recs, payroll journals, posting supplier invoices into company software,



and sales invoicing on Youdocs for the Italian VAT submission /li liManaging the weekly payments and notifying UK office for cash in advance /li liDealing with queries from UK office /li liReport on monthly stock take /li liVarious ad?hoc duties /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liCan communicate in English, both written and spoken (selection interview with the company will be held in English) /li liOpen to different tasks /li liPrevious experience in admin and accounts tasks /li liFamiliarity with Italian tax rules /li /ul pIf you believe you have the qualifications and experience to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply.
