ph3Continuous Improvement Specialist /h3 ul liTo improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain activities through in-depth knowledge of the SC processes and related IT systems.
/li liTo support and give guidance to the Supply Chain operational areas including reporting of Key Performance Indicators with a view of year-on-year improvement.
/li liTo ensure that the international Best Practices defined by Belron SC are effectively implemented in Italy.
To contribute making Italian best practices known and appreciated internationally.

Experience And Qualifications /h3 ul liGood knowledge of ERP systems and other IT Systems (WMS, TMS, DP tools, etc.) /li liIn-depth understanding of SCM Logistics processes /li liCertification in Lean Six Sigma (preferrable) /li liAdvanced MS-Office Skills /li liB.Sc.
in economics, engineering or similar /li liExperienced in moderation of workshops and training of employees /li liExcellent analytical capability /li liKnowledge in leading teams through change /li liFluent English skills both written and spoken /li liAbility to work within international/multinational teams /li liPractical experience in Continuous Improvement /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract, with a compensation package commensurate with experience and a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €40,000 and €45,000.
/li liEmployment classification starting from Level 2 of the Italian CCNL "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi".
