We work across market strategy, brand partnerships, licensing, product development, content, e-commerce and channel execution, helping overseas brands enter and grow in China while protecting their long-term brand value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in Milan to develop relationships with Italian and European luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach high-potential Italian and European brands Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams Evaluate China market entry and licensing opportunities Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development Coordinate with our China team on market research,
proposals and project execution Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings Qualifications Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle industries Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion Strong understanding of the Italian and European brand landscape Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Fluent Italian and professional English Understanding of the China market is a strong advantage Required Skills We are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We are looking for someone who understands brand value, builds long-term trust and can connect European brands with meaningful opportunities in China.
