Overview In this role you will lead the quality management system and internal audit programs for Hitachi Energy's Grid Automation Europe, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and maintain high quality standards, translating audit findings into actionable actions. You'll influence stakeholders across the organization and contribute to a culture of quality and innovation in a global team.

Retribuzione / Benefits Competitive salary and incentives Well-being and care Paid and unpaid leave Flexible work options Benefits that support your financial security Responsabilità Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with international standards and internal policies Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audits (system, process, product) ensuring regulatory compliance Identify improvement opportunities from audit findings and drive corrective/preventive actions Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives applying Lean and Six Sigma where appropriate Monitor and report quality KPIs to senior management with actionable insights Manage documentation and control of quality procedures, work instructions,



and records Provide training and coaching on quality management, audit methodologies, and process tools Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent) with experience; Master's degree is a plus Experience in quality management, auditing, or process improvement in manufacturing or industrial settings Proven ISO 9001 quality management systems experience; Lead Auditor certification highly preferred Strong quality tools knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, 8D) and data-driven problem solving Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identify trends Self-driven, proactive, strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement Fluency in English; Italian or Swedish language skills a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement across levels Influence and collaboration in cross-functional teams ISO 9001 quality management systems Lean and Six Sigma methodologies FMEA, SPC, 8D problem solving
