As a Consultant in Arup's Milan-based transaction advisory team, you deliver technical, ESG and commercial due diligence to support investments in renewables and storage assets.
You work on discrete projects and broader advisory assignments within the energy transition, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You contribute to bid development, client conversations, data analysis and process improvement.
This role provides exposure to international markets, professional growth and the chance to help shape sustainable energy projects.

Perform technical, ESG and commercial due diligence to inform asset or company investments
Conduct broader advisory work to support clients navigating the energy transition
Contribute to project management tasks and research/analysis assignments
Assist bid development for due diligence assignments
Engage with clients and participate in sector-specific knowledge through data analysis
Support process improvement and continuous development initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
Relevant engineering or environmental degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of professional experience in solar, wind, BESS or hybrid systems
Experience xysqume in other European markets besides Italy is a plus
Prior experience delivering technical due diligence on energy infrastructure assets
Fluency in English; strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical mindset
