/ph3Liability /h3ulliManagement, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and Linux systems /liliAdministration of VMware/Hyper-V Virtualization Environments and Physical Servers /liliManagement of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid Exchange environments /liliConfiguration and Monitoring of Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Solutions (Veeam) /liliNetwork and firewall management support (VLANs, VPNs, security policies) /liliCollaboration on cybersecurity activities (EDR/XDR, antispam, logging, and SIEM) /liliSecond- and third-level ticket management, troubleshooting, and support for critical systems /liliPreparation of technical documentation and participation in infrastructure improvement projects /liliCollaboration with IT colleagues, vendors, and customers, including at off-site locations /li /ulh3Requirements – Technical Skills (Hard Skills) /h3p, Operating Systems, and Virtualization /pulliWindows Server: Installation, Configuration, and Management (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) /liliLinux: Basic Administration (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) for Server Services /liliVirtualization: experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, including cluster management /liliServers: Management of HPE, Dell,
and Lenovo physical servers using built-in management tools and basic knowledge of hardware and rack mounting /li /ulh3Messaging Cloud Collaboration /h3ulliManaging hybrid Exchange on-premises environments connected to Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
/liliO365 Tenant Administration: Managing Licenses, Users, Groups, and Identities (Sign-In ID / Azure AD).
/liliStorage Backup /liliConfiguration and maintenance of SANs (iSCSI/Fibre Channel) and VMware vSAN / third-party Windows VSAN.
/liliManagement of backup and disaster recovery strategies, with a focus on Veeam Backup Replication.
/liliCybersecurity /liliImplementation and monitoring of EDR/XDR solutions.
/liliManagement of anti-spam systems and email gateways.
/liliBasic knowledge of and experience with SIEM systems for log analysis and correlation.
/li /ulh3Networking Firewalls /h3ulliL2/L3 Device Configuration (Cisco/Aruba Switches): VLANs, trunking, port security, spanning tree.
/liliConcepts of routing, NAT, VPN, and firewall policy rules (Fortinet, Palo Alto, WatchGuard, Check Point, Sophos).
/li /ulh3AI Tools /h3ulliKnowledge of AI-based tools to support troubleshooting, automation, and documentation.
/li /ulh3Requirements – Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving failures in critical systems.
/liliEffective management of stress and priorities during incidents, downtime, and urgent tasks.
/liliAbility to work as part of a team and collaborate with IT colleagues, help desk staff, developers, and external vendors.
