Shape the global aerospace segment strategy at Dormer Pramet and turn market insight into sustainable, profitable growth. We’re looking for an Aerospace and Machining Specialist who combines strategic thinking, commercial understanding, and customer focus to strengthen our position across the global aerospace industry. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you connect industry trends, customer needs and machining applications with business development, portfolio priorities and innovation. Define and maintain the global aerospace segment strategy, growth plans, and business development initiatives. Identify and prioritize high-value markets, applications, customer targets, and strategic opportunities.

Build the global aerospace opportunity pipeline and establish customer-focused value propositions and solutions. Influence product portfolio and innovation priorities through market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer needs. Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and support strategic customer engagements and major projects.

Location & flexibility This position is flexible within the Americas and Europe. With extensive experience from aerospace manufacturing, machining, cutting tools or metal cutting, you understand both the technical and commercial sides of the industry. You’ve developed and executed growth strategies in a global environment and know how to turn analysis into focused action.

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing or aerospace engineering,



or another relevant engineering or business field. Strong expertise in aerospace machining applications and manufacturing processes.

Experience in segment management, business development, product management, technical sales or application engineering. Proficiency with CRM, Power BI and business intelligence tools, alongside strong analytical and market assessment capabilities.

Fluent

English, a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally, including overnight and extended travel. Strategic and commercially minded, you build trusted relationships while keeping customers at the center of your decisions. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary starting from Euro 62,000 for full‑time employment.

The actual salary offered will be determined based on various factors, such as internal pay equity, market benchmarks, responsibilities, experience, and skills of the selected candidates.
