/li liCollaborate with regional IT teams to align local operations with global standards and support cross-site initiatives.
/li liManage and resolve incidents using ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, contributing to process improvement.
/li liAct as the primary IT point of contact for the Milan office, overseeing IT asset management, procurement, and local infrastructure.

Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: /p ul li2-5 years of experience in a combined Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role.
/li liDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows operating systems.
/li liHands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
/li liFluency in Italian and English (C1) is required, or Chinese (not mandatory).
/li liExperience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender suite,
or Fortinet environments is an advantage.
/li liA sound understanding of networking fundamentals including VPN, firewall, and VoIP technologies would be beneficial.
/li liITIL Foundation certification is considered an advantage.
