As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Agent with a strong network in the fashion industry to support our international expansion and develop new wholesale partnerships across key markets.
The Role
You will play a key role in expanding pan y mar's presence in international markets by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with retailers, boutiques and premium resortwear destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new wholesale accounts in international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion buyers, boutiques and premium retailers.
- Present our collections to potential stockists and manage the wholesale sales process.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and distribution in target markets.
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide insights into local market dynamics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in fashion sales, preferably within swimwear, beachwear, resortwear, or contemporary womenswear.
- An established network of buyers and retail contacts in relevant international markets.
- A strong understanding of the wholesale business and the premium fashion segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Initially, the role will commission-only, making it particularly suitable for independent sales agents with an existing network of industry contacts and experience developing wholesale business.
