Key responsibilities:
-Learning while also supporting daily SCP activities
-Gain increased autonomy in managing routine supply chain activities like:
Monitor and track inbound shipments to ensure material availability and identify transportation risks.
Support inbound transportation visibility, carrier follow-up, and exception management.
Create, validate, and maintain UIT codes in compliance with Romanian e-Transport requirements.
Support CBAM data collection, supplier follow-up, and declaration preparation for imported materials.
Maintain transportation and compliance records, reports, and performance tracking metrics.
Provide administrative and operational support for increasing inbound volumes, including R/S sourced from China.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical or economic field.
Must have at least 2 years remaining until graduation.
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
