pVavius is hiring a Senior Travel Designer (US Market) /p pWe are expanding our team and looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative professional to design unforgettable travel experiences for our North American clientele.
/p pIf you know luxury tourism standards inside out and know exactly how to anticipate and exceed the expectations of US travelers, we want to meet you.
/p h3What you will do at Vavius: /h3 ul li *Bespoke Design:* Crafting, planning, and pricing high-end, tailor-made itineraries, taking care of every single detail for the US market.
/li li *End-to-End Management:* Full client ownership, from the initial brief to on-trip concierge assistance, through to post-trip follow-up.
/li li *Supplier Development:* Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with top-tier partners (boutique hotels, exclusive guides, VIP transfers, and unique experiences).
/li li *Premium Consulting:* Transforming complex requests from a highly demanding clientele into flawless, exclusive, and seamless proposals.
/li /ul h3The profile we are looking for: /h3 ul li *Seniority:* Solid experience of *at least 10 years* as a Travel Designer, with a specific and proven focus on the US market and the dynamics of high-net-worth / luxury tourism.
/li li *Languages:* Excellent command of English,



both written and spoken (C1/C2 level or native speaker).
/li li *Technical Skills:* Deep destination knowledge, strong pricing/calculation abilities, and proficiency in the main travel industry software.
/li li *Soft Skills:* Strong customer care orientation, empathy, fast execution, exceptional problem-solving, and a manic attention to detail.
/li /ul h3Contract Compensation: /h3 ul li Direct employment at Level 3 (or higher) of the Italian National Collective Agreement (CCNL Turismo - Agenzie di Viaggio).
/li li To ensure maximum transparency, the salary range (which includes the base salary / RAL + a superminimo ad personam to truly value your seniority), along with our incentive plan and benefits, will be communicated to you during the pre-selection phase, prior to our first interview.
