/ppbLet's Evolve Iconic and create a new exciting chapter /b /ppbThe part you'll play /b /ppFor our headquarters based in bFlorence /bwe are currently seeking a bDemand Planner /b who will take responsibility for demand forecasting activities associated with Markets and Products, working within theb Demand and Inventory Management team.
/b /ppHe/She will contribute to strengthening the collaboration among Planners, Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and other relevant functions, supporting an effective understanding of demand and helping to anticipate customer needs.
/pulliMaintain and implement the demand forecasting process at multiple levels of aggregation and time horizon, for all our Markets and Products, leveraging the available forecasting tools.
/liliAnalyse historical sales trends and demand patterns, interpreting sales performance and using these insights to assess the forecasts generated by the forecasting tool.
/liliEvaluate and validate forecast results,
applying business and product knowledge to interpret the future evolution of demand and adjust the forecast where necessary.
/liliInterpret information coming from Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and other relevant sources, using these inputs to validate and, where necessary, modify the forecast.
/liliImplement sales and stock analysis WW of the entire Collection.
/liliIdentify KPIs to monitor business and forecasting performance.
/li /ulpbWhat you'll bring /b /ppBachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering and 2+ years of experience in Retail, Distribution or Demand Planning.
/ppAdvanced proficiency in Excel is a must, together with experience with Business Intelligence and/or forecasting tools.
/ppStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, sales trends and forecast results.
/ppStrong product sensitivity, with the ability to anticipate the future evolution of product demand.
/ppFull proficiency in Italian and English.
/ppExcellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
/ppbWhat we'll offer /b /ppGross annual salary: €28,******,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
