/p pWe are looking for a motivated bIT Business Process Partner - Supply Chain /b to join our Group Business Processes IT Department and support our digital transformation journey, with a key focus on the implementation of the new ERP system.
/p pIn this role, you will act as a bridge between IT and functional areas, driving process optimization and operational excellence.
/p h3Tasks responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze, optimize and manage end-to-end processes within Product Divisions Supply Chain.
/li liSupport the ERP implementation project, managing business changes requirements and software developments.
/li liEnsure ERP processes are optimized, compliant, and fully adopted by end-users, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
/li liCollaborate with Process Owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
/li liMap current and future processes and organizational architecture, fostering a process-oriented culture.
/li liEnsure solutions are tested, adopted, and supported by end-users, supporting key users in providing training and guidance.
/li liAct as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
/li li5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects and business process reengineering, preferably with Business Central or Navision.
/li liStrong understanding of Product Division and Supply Chain business processes.
/li liFamiliar with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
/li liAbility to analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
/li liAbility to drive change and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
/li liProactive, results?oriented approach with strong organizational, communication, and inter?personal skills.
/li liConfident appearance when engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
/li liStrong problem?solving and analytical skills, structured and solution?oriented working style.
/li liFluent in English and either Italian or German.
/li liBased in or willing to relocate to Bolzano.
/li /ul pbAnnual Gross Base Salary Range /b: ******€ - ******€ + additional target premio of 5-10% of base salary.
