What you'll do
Drive the growth and development of your assigned Off-Trade customers, ensuring strong performance across both sell-in and sell-out.
Manage the key commercial levers- including assortment, shelf presence, visibility and promotional activities to unlock sustainable growth.
Develop and execute plans for new product launches, with a strong focus on listings, distribution and promotional strategy.
Demonstrates deep knowledge of all P&L; drivers and commercial levers, using financial analysis to build value-based negotiations and optimize framework agreements.
Deliver accurate monthly customer forecasts in line with Demand Planning timelines and requirements.
Build and present Customer Plans for top customers, providing regular updates during Quarterly Business Reviews with Senior Management.
Analyse sell-in, sell-out, promotional and forecasting data, translating insights into clear and actionable plans.
Oversee point-of-sale execution, working closely with the field sales force and local stakeholders to ensure agreed activities and investments are implemented effectively.
Define and implement the full 4P marketing mix strategy for your customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing,
Logistics and other teams to deliver an integrated customer approach.
What we're looking for
You are a commercially minded professional with strong sales and negotiation skills and a solid understanding of the Off-Trade market.
You combine attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture, take ownership of decisions and stay focused on agreed priorities and business targets.
You are analytical, organised and comfortable working with economic and commercial data.
You enjoy collaborating with others and can build effective relationships with customers, field teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
You have a proactive and curious mindset, continuously gathering insights to strengthen customer negotiations and decision-making.
Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
Strong to excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken (C1).
