h3bDiscover your exciting role /b /h3 /brpJoin our project execution team and play a key role in managing subcontractor performance and commercial activities for complex semiconductor and high-tech facility projects.
In this position, you will support successful project delivery through effective subcontract management, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams.
/p /br /brh3bExplore your tasks and responsibilities /b /h3 /brul /brliMonitor and control subcontractor performance regarding cost, quality, and schedule compliance.
/li /brliManage subcontractor invoicing, receivables, and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle.
/li /brliLead supplement, variation, and change order management with subcontractors.
/li /brliSupport claim management activities in close cooperation with Contract Management.Identify and mitigate risks arising from subcontractor delays or performance issues.Negotiate subcontract agreements and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
/li /brliCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Quality, Scheduling, and Project Management while providing regular reporting to the Project Procurement Manager and driving continuous improvement through Lessons Learned activities.




/li /br /ul /br /brh3bShow your expertise /b /h3 /brul /brliSuccessfully completed business, engineering, or technical education, or equivalent commercial/technical qualification.
/li /brliProfessional experience in project procurement/purchasing, ideally within plant engineering or semiconductor projects.
/li /brliExperience in process technologies for biopharmaceutical or semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including GMP environments and utility systems such as ultrapure water, chemicals, and gases; alternatively, experience in electrical systems (MV, LV, I C/MSR).
/li /brliStrong understanding of subcontract management, contract administration, and commercial project execution.Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a project environment.Proficient in MS Office and SAP MM.
/li /brliFluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
/li /br /ul /brpThe salary range for this position is between € 35'000 and € 43'300 gross per year (full-time).
The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
