Overview
In this role, you will deliver day-to-day HR support across two Italian sites, ensuring accurate employee data and lifecycle processes.
You will partner with the Country HR Manager to manage documentation, onboarding, time and attendance, and local HR initiatives.
You will coordinate payroll inputs with an external provider and support recruitment and development activities.
This fixed-term position offers exposure to manufacturing environments and a path to deepen HR operations within a global organization.

Responsabilità
Provide HR support to employees and managers at two sites and escalate complex matters to the Country HR Manager
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Prepare HR documentation across the employee lifecycle in coordination with the Country HR Manager
Coordinate payroll inputs with the external provider and address discrepancies
Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and offers
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities ensuring smooth processes
Assist with training administration and attendance tracking
Support time and attendance administration and resolve data issues with managers and the payroll provider
Assist with employee relations, local HR initiatives, and policy implementation
Prepare recurring HR reports and basic analyses on key HR indicators
Support employee engagement, communication, and wellbeing initiatives
Maintain confidential HR files and ensure compliance with data protection and internal controls
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Human Resources
1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Experience with HR administration, recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, time and attendance or payroll coordination (advantage)
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Fluent Italian and good working knowledge of English
Ability to handle confidential information and work in a manufacturing environment
