pulliBuild and maintain relationships with developers, investors, advisors, and other key market participants /liliScreen and evaluate renewable energy projects from commercial, financial, and strategic perspectives /liliManage MA processes in Italy from opportunity or partner identification and valuation through due diligence, negotiation, and closing /liliCoordinate technical, legal, financial, and commercial due diligence with internal teams /liliManage commercial negotiations with project developers, partners, and other counterparties /liliMonitor the Italian renewable energy market, including regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive dynamics /liliCollaborate with Hungarian and Spanish teams, sharing market insights, expertise, and best practices /liliRepresent the company in meetings with external stakeholders and develop its position and network in the Italian market /liliParticipate in other business initiatives, projects, and ad-hoc tasks supporting company growth in Italy /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in MA or business development in the renewable energy sector in a similar role /liliGood understanding of the Italian renewable energy project development landscape /liliProven experience evaluating investment opportunities, business cases, and renewable energy projects /liliExperience with MA transactions, project acquisitions, partnerships,
or similar strategic transactions /liliStrong analytical skills /liliExperience with financial modelling and project valuation is a strong advantage /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills /liliA strong network within the Italian renewable energy market is a plus /liliFluency in Italian and English /liliA relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field /liliEnglish CV required /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in MA processes and business development within the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on project evaluation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management.
Proficient in navigating the Italian renewable energy market and fostering relationships with key participants.
