, you will join
Novamont
, a Versalis company. Specifically, the
Agro
team will contribute to the development of Novamont's agricultural and agro-industrial supply chains by providing technical agronomic support, participating in product validation activities for agriculture, and collaborating in the technical and operational management of European-funded projects.
Main activities:
Support the implementation of crops of interest, ensuring the achievement of defined production targets
Collaborate with the R&D; and Commercial functions in the agronomic validation activities of the Ager - Bi, Vegor - Bi and Mater - Bi films products
Plan and carry out technical and demonstration tests, taking care of data collection and preparation of technical documentation
Support the PMO function in the technical and operational management of funded European projects
Contribute to the preparation of deliverables, technical reports and project contributions
Participate in technical meetings and General Assemblies, ensuring adequate organizational and technical support
Required characteristics:
Master's degree preferably in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy; different and/or lower educational qualifications may be taken into consideration following significant experience in the field
At least 3 years' experience, preferably in agronomic experimentation or industrial crop management
Experience in European projects (Horizon Europe) is preferable.
Knowledge of the main agronomic techniques and agro-industrial supply chain processes
Good knowledge of the English language.

We offer a gross annual salary between 36,000 and 44,000 euros.
The final offer will be formulated in accordance with the professional experience, technical and transversal skills possessed by the resource, functional for the role and appreciable by the company.
In the presence of particularly relevant professional experience and technical and transversal skills, the Company may evaluate an offer with an improved classification/RAL level.
