We are looking for a passionate **Full Stack Software Developer Intern** to join our Research & Development team in Genova and contribute to the next generation of web-based industrial applications.
As part of an international R&D; organization, you will work on real software products used worldwide, helping design and implement modern user interfaces, cloud-connected services, and AI-powered capabilities for our Human-Machine Interface (HMI) platforms.
This internship is ideal for students interested in **Frontend Development, Full Stack Engineering and Generative AI** who want to apply their skills to real-world products operating in critical industrial environments.
The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: * Design and develop modern web applications for industrial automation systems.
* Create responsive and intuitive user experiences using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
* Collaborate with software architects, UX designers, and backend developers to build scalable full-stack solutions.
* Develop and integrate APIs and backend services using modern development practices.
* Explore and prototype AI-powered features leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
* Work with tools and technologies such as TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, .
NET, Docker, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
### Qualifications for the role * **Education:** a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
* **Technical Skills:** knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5 and CSS3.
* Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Git version control.
* Knowledge of C# and .
NET is a plus.
* Knowledge of docker and containerized applications, Cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code is a plus.
* Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI projects is a plus.
* **Languages:** good spoken and written English and Italian.
