In this role you lead Deel's payroll operations for Italy, acting as the founding product leader for a greenfield market.
You'll own end-to-end strategy with cross-functional teams to design payroll, HR, and time-tracking solutions tailored to Italy's regulatory landscape.
You'll balance ambitious market timelines with prudent prioritization while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.
