GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Italy (m/f/d) to deliver Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS products and assist the L1 hotline teams. You will train the L1 staff and collaborate with the Europe regional team to support sales growth and maintain customer loyalty.

You will work with distributors and installation partners, lead training sessions, and coordinate with service and R&D; teams across Europe, visiting sites as required to ensure reliable operation.
