Experteer Italy seeks a Dry Etching Process Engineer to develop and optimize plasma etching for SiC and novel materials in an R&D; setting. You will drive process stability, yield improvements, and support tech transfer with autonomy over new equipment and materials.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify chambers, manage tooling, document controls, and push advanced power device processes toward scalable, sustainable semiconductor manufacturing.
