Overview As Plant Quality Manager you will lead the quality function at Schio Plant, aligning with Group Quality to ensure products meet requirements and standards. You will drive the quality strategy, monitor performance, and coach teams to sustain excellence. You'll work cross-functionally to implement improvements, manage risks, and support customer satisfaction. This role offers impact across manufacturing and supply chains within a globally active, innovation-driven group. Responsabilità
* Deploy the group quality strategy across the plant and define a 3–5 year quality roadmap
* Improve internal quality processes and drive continuous improvement plans
* Ensure customer and intra-department satisfaction and contribute to risk analysis
* Define budget framework and participate in forecasts and revisions
* Set up and report quality KPIs, lead quick and preventive actions on quality issues
* Represent Quality in cross-functional projects and contribute to major group initiatives




* Ensure smooth operation by fostering cross-functional cooperation and team engagement
* Support and develop team members, providing objectives and feedback
* Promote customer satisfaction culture and sharing of best practices Requisiti fondamentali
* Master's degree in engineering
* 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role in an international company
* 8D methodology, FMEA (Design and Process)
* ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 familiarity
* Ability to build continuous improvement roadmaps
* Excellent English and Italian language skills
* Strong knowledge of control plans, process validation, and manufacturing process audits
* Experience in supplier relationship management and deviation management
* Leadership
