* Analyze and document client requirements following established processes
* Create functional configuration specs from business analysis
* Support configuration of application modules, data migration, and data import to meet objectives
* Assist in software implementation projects following methods and processes
* Ensure smooth handover with documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
* Document technical configurations and implementation details for internal knowledge bases Requisiti fondamentali
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
* Fluent English
* Knowledge of databases and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Unix)
* Basic understanding of enterprise cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure/EntraID preferred)
* Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and firewall security basics
* ITIL v4 Foundation or similar certification preferred
* Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
* Experience with data mapping, integration concepts, and test planning
