- Annual Gross Salary (RAL): €40,000–€50,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time employment under CCNL Commercio – Level 3 (Probation Period: 60 working days)

Main Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Management
- Manage day-to-day sales activities and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across assigned markets.
- Support product qualification processes, customer trials, and commercial follow-up activities in cooperation with technical and R&D; teams.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations in line with company guidelines.
Sales Planning & Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Maintain sales forecasts, track performance, and contribute to sales planning and reporting.
- Support the implementation of regional sales strategies and commercial initiatives.
Commercial & Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with HQ and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Manage sales-related documentation, order status, and commercial follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, commercial operations, or business development.
- Experience in specialty chemicals, polymers, industrial materials, or the wire and cable industry.
- Experience in international business environments and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
