Overview In this Senior Consultant role within IQVIA, you will lead end-to-end Real-World Evidence programs and act as a strategic partner for Medical Affairs, Market Access, and HEOR stakeholders. You will shape evidence-generation strategies, design studies, and oversee opportunities across the proposal-to-delivery lifecycle. The role emphasizes client engagement, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to translate needs into fit-for-purpose RWE solutions. You will help evolve the Evidence Generation portfolio through new data sources and partnerships, delivering impactful, actionable insights.

Responsabilità

Translate evidence needs into tailored RWE strategies for Medical Affairs, Market Access, and HTA Lead or contribute to the strategy, design and development of proposals and client-ready materials Design innovative study approaches including implementation science, hybrid, and synthetic data studies Support portfolio evolution by identifying new data sources, networks,



and partnerships Coordinate cross-functional project teams and client communications as Project Manager Review proposals and deliverables, propose improvements and re-scoping options Build and maintain trusted client relationships with ongoing follow-up and senior-level guidance

Requisiti fondamentali

5-8 years of senior experience in Real-World Evidence, Observational Research, Evidence Generation, or HEOR within CROs or life sciences environments Strong knowledge of RWE and non-interventional research across the product lifecycle Experience in client-facing consulting, proposal leadership, business development, feasibility assessment, and bid-defense support Strong analytical and strategic capabilities for assessing data availability, feasibility, and evidence-generation approaches Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders in cross-functional, international settings client-facing communication stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration Real-World Evidence observational research evidence-generation
