Overview As Senior Client Finance Accountant, you will manage the financial operations for client leases across retail, office, and logistics. You will work with leasing, technical, and legal teams to ensure compliance and timely payments, while supporting asset managers with reporting and analysis. The role combines accounting, cash collection, and budgeting responsibilities to support client performance. You will contribute to a transparent, equitable workplace and report to senior finance leadership.

Responsabilità

Lease management across client portfolio (retail, offices, logistics) Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, building regulations and local laws Coordinate with Leasing, Technical,



and other departments and third parties Handle delinquencies and coordinate with legal advisors as needed Prepare reporting packages and support asset managers with client reporting Analyze asset and retail performance Manage full accounts receivable process and support collections Coordinate with accountants for registration taxes and other statutory payments Manage full accounts payable process and contribute to budgeting and forecasting

Requisiti fondamentali

4-6 years of experience in real estate or property management Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar Languages: English and Italian Strong analytical skills and accounting fundamentals Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills Knowledge of Yardi Voyager (plus) team-oriented analytical mindset strong organizational skills accounting fundamentals budgeting and forecasting accounts receivable management
