Overview In this role you will support tyre development for the Motorsport segment from our HQ. You will work within the Global Business Unit Motorsport to apply FE analysis and mechanics know-how to advance high-performance tyres for major car manufacturers. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, international environment and help drive innovation in tyres. Responsabilità
Develop finite element models using Abaqus to simulate tyre behavior in Motorsport Apply tyre mechanics principles to support tyre design Analyze indoor and outdoor test results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information and align on development goals
Requisiti fondamentali
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 1–3 years of experience in Product Development and/or FEA/FEM Fluency in English and Italian Proficiency with FEM tools (Abaqus, Ansys, Patran, Nastran, or Marc) Proficiency with Matlab and Python Knowledge of C++ is a plus Strong teamwork orientation Excellent problem-solving abilities Passion for Motorsport Abaqus (and/or other FEM tools like Ansys, Patran, Nastran, Marc) Matlab Python
