Functieomschrijving
He / She is responsible to support control improvement and manufacturing activities methods in order to reduce product quality defects or process inefficiency both on BIW produced at Audi Sport and for production at CFK/Bodyshop.He/ She is responsible to participate to Quality circles/meetings to stimulate all the necessity actions /activities /analysis and solutions in the overall process to improve product quality and to give feedback to Pjteam and Audi as customer.
Responsabilità
He / She is responsible for the following activities:
During Pre-Series:
- Support Quality for CFK make parts and BIW in Project meetings
- In-house and Supplier Quality for CFK make parts and Aluminum BIW production, including 2 Days Production and escalation steering in case of criticalties
- Cooperate with Metrology room, defining dimensional key characteristics and measuring program; cooperate with Meisterbock for Masterbody process
- Control plan definition and relative test (aesthetical, joint-technology strength and not destructive)
- Monitoring of specific KPI (Quality Index) and eventually escalation for criticalities;
- Support activities of problem solving to achieve the sampling of the CFK make parts and BIW and supporting analysis in production (CFK, Bodyshop, external suppliers)
During Series:
- Ensuring daily analysis and statistics of problems emerged in the Production lines having impact on product quality (in CFK plant, Bodyshop, Paintshop or Assembly Line)
- Sharing of informations about product defects / analysis coming from Quality Check Points/Audits or other Departments during Q circles /Q cross functional meetings aiming at reducing defects (QRK, Schadentisch, TOP Schadentisch, Q-Circle for Field claims)
- Ensuring production/assembly process continuous improvement and corrective actions implementation through a robust corrective actions tracking and monitoring
- Ensuring suppliers’ parts conformity and stability
- Monitoring of specific KPI (Quality Index), defined by Quality dept., to control product quality aspects and results of specific production actions to improve it. Managing eventually escalation for criticalities;
- Support the CFK/Bodyshop Foreman for the comprehension and the analysis of dimensional results of Parts/Bodies’ measurements, and eventual support to Laboratory for material or joint-technology problems.
Functie-eisen Education:
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial) or deep experience in BIW production/quality/R&D;
Languages:
- English – Fluent
- German – As a plus
Experiences:
- 1 year
- Markets: Automotive, Aerospace, Metallurgical field
- Quality, Production, R&D;
- CFK technology and relative not destructive test technologies
- Aluminum technology/assembling as a plus
Knowledge:
- Basics of 3D measurement technique (e.g.: laser, tactiles, ..)
- SW and programs for measurement as a plus
- DOE (design of experiment) as a plus
- FMEA (failure modality controlling) as a plus
- Basics of SPC (statistic process controlling)
- VW/Audi standards as a plus
