Quality Assurance Specialist

Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is looking for a new graduate and motivated Quality Assurance Specialist. The candidate will work at the Garbagnate Milanese production site, in the Quality Assurance department.

Responsibilities

- Review batch production documentation using electronic batch records.
- Prepare data and reports of Product Quality Reviews (PQR) and Ongoing Process Verification (OPV) and distribute them according to the annual calendar.
- Prepare documents relevant to batch disposition and market supply, such as CoA and CoC.
- Participate in the QA team activities, including GEMBA walks, QA on the shop floor, and oversight of calibration and maintenance activities.
- Manage and update procedures.
- Manage batch documentation and archiving.
- Support the management of Site GMP training records and GMP documentation using electronic management systems.

Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies,



or Pharmacy.
- Knowledge of GMP.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong teamwork abilities, initiative, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
- At least one year of QA experience;

experience in a pharmaceutical company in production and/or QA is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The initial annual gross compensation for this role is no less than €34,984.04 EUR. Upward adjustments may be made based on objective circumstances such as experience, specific qualifications, or expanded responsibilities, and always on a gender‑neutral basis.
