WTW in Italy seeks an experienced Retirement Advisor (Non-Actuarial) to support senior consultants in administering and advising Italian pension funds. You will contribute to governance, regulatory compliance, operations and risk controls across assignments for clients in the Italian supplementary pension sector.

The role requires direct experience with enrolments, benefits, complaints, and familiarity with IORP II, GDPR and DORA.
