In this pivotal role, you will serve as a cultural bridge and primary point of contact for our Chinese-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional and memorable. Your warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction will be instrumental in creating an outstanding experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Greet and welcome Chinese-speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalised welcome experience
- Conduct regular check-ins with guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any emerging needs
• Represent the resort at public areas, maintaining a professional appearance and approachable demeanour
• Support special events and functions,
ensuring Chinese-speaking guests feel welcomed and included
- Serve as the primary liaison between Chinese-speaking guests and resort departments, facilitating seamless communication and addressing inquiries in Mandarin Chinese.
- Assist guests with resort information, activity bookings, dining reservations, and special requests, ensuring all needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide cultural guidance and local insights to enhance guests' understanding and appreciation of the Maldivian experience.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to personalize future visits.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
