Country Manager Support
- Support the Country Manager in day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate follow-up of strategic initiatives and action plans.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries for management discussions.
- Support communication and coordination with headquarters and internal departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
- Coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through delivery.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules and customer commitments.
- Coordinate with Operations,
Logistics and Headquarters to ensure timely deliveries.
- Proactively communicate order updates to customers and distribution partners.
- Support demand planning and sales forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate sales and order information within CRM and internal systems.
- Assist in resolving order-related and delivery issues.
Customer Support & Coordination
- Coordinate customer enquiries from pre-sales through after-sales support.
- Ensure prompt follow-up of customer requests and internal action items.
- Coordinate commercial and technical information between customers and internal teams.
- Support quotation follow-up and commercial documentation.
- Maintain excellent communication with distributors, installers and customers throughout the order lifecycle.
Customer Service Coordination
- Coordinate customer service activities together with the Technical Support team.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Headquarters.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Business Operations
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and commercial documentation.
- Prepare operational and commercial reports, KPI dashboards and business performance analyses.
- Support business planning, forecasting and internal reporting.
- Coordinate internal meetings and follow-up actions when required.
- Collect market feedback and support continuous business improvement initiatives.
Events & Commercial Support
- Support the organization of customer events, technical academies, webinars, roadshows and trade fairs.
- Coordinate logistics and operational preparation for commercial activities.
- Support customer meetings, exhibitions and partner events by coordinating logistics, documentation and follow-up activities.
- Support the execution of local marketing activities, customer events, product launch and commercial campaigns in cooperation with the team.
RequirementsYour background and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial support or customer support.
- Experience in B2B environments is preferred.
- Experience in the photovoltaic, renewable energy or electrical industry is preferred.
- Experience in order management, customer support or sales operations within an international company is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment is preferred.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
