KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop formulations and carry out R&D; activities in the application laboratory, using pilot plants and analytical equipment;
- Manage customers from a technical perspective in relation to Texturant/Stabilizer Systems;
- Identify customer needs and translate them into effective solutions;
- Collaborate with the R&D; department to develop and implement innovative solutions;
- Achieve the financial targets set for the relevant sales channel;
- Develop local contacts and commercial agreements to support the company’s international growth;
- Support the sales team;
- Identify, manage and expand the portfolio of Key Customers;
- Consolidate the existing customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities in Italy and abroad, both within and outside the EU;
- Gather market intelligence and define strategic objectives for business development;
- Collaborate with different company departments to facilitate the achievement of shared objectives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field;
- Solid experience (at least 3–5 years) in B2B sales of food ingredients, with a specific focus on hydrocolloids and functional systems;
- Excellent command of technical and business English;
- Willingness to travel and a strong results-oriented mindset.

LOCATION AND MOBILITY
The role involves significant field-based activity , including customer visits, project sites and production facilities. The reference office location will be agreed upon based on the selected candidate’s profile.
