Technical Project Manager
Location:
LATAM (Remote) We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes.
• Track project performance, milestones, and overall delivery progress.
• Establish clear processes, documentation, and project standards.
• Support infrastructure modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure appropriate security, reliability, and disaster recovery considerations.
• Communicate project status and risks to technical and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, planning sessions, and project reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.
• Experience managing complex technical or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, cloud, and IT operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong project planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud modernization or infrastructure migration projects.
• Experience with automation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Background in security, disaster recovery, or business continuity projects.
• Experience working with enterprise applications or ERP environments.
• Project management or technical certifications.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
