Overview
As a Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist you will partner with the GM to shape and optimize the affiliate omnichannel engagement for Rare Diseases. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional plans across Marketing, Sales, Medical and CRM to deliver integrated customer journeys. You will leverage insights and analytics to improve channel mix, content, and frequency, while promoting omnichannel capabilities and compliant practices. This role offers shaping omnichannel strategies within a regional framework and direct impact on customer engagement outcomes.
Responsabilità
- Develop and manage the local OmCE roadmap aligned with affiliate priorities and regional strategy, including budget recommendations
- Identify and prioritize OmCE opportunities based on customer needs and business impact
- Translate brand objectives into integrated customer engagement plans across channels
- Lead design and optimization of customer journeys from insights and preferences
- Coordinate orchestration of face-to-face, remote, digital, events and third-party engagements
- Define audience, segmentation and content fit-for-purpose for relevant channels
- Serve as affiliate point of contact for EMEA/Global OmCE with local insights and best practices
- Lead local omnichannel campaigns and digital initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate CRM-enabled engagement activities (email, webinars, HCP platforms) and leverage analytics to monitor performance
- Ensure deployments adhere to EMEA frameworks while adapting to local needs
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and proposals balancing experience, impact and feasibility
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, MSL, CRM and IT to maintain a consistent approach
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on objectives, journeys and priorities
- Embed omnichannel principles into account planning and customer interactions with field teams
- Act as change agent for Customer Engagement transformation and train local teams on guidelines
- Drive adoption of new OmCE capabilities, processes and platforms
- Share best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards and regulations
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare sectors
- Experience in omnichannel, multichannel, digital marketing, CRM and customer engagement
- Experience delivering cross-functional digital or customer engagement initiatives
- Good understanding of the local healthcare environment; Rare Diseases experience is a plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Influence without direct authority
