Overview

In this role you drive revenue by retaining and growing existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities. You will operate field-based, building account plans and contact strategies to meet targets. You’ll articulate Experian’s propositions to clients, monitor KPIs, and help deliver excellent client and consumer outcomes within a compliant, customer-centric culture. The position sits at the intersection of sales, governance, and performance improvement, offering impact through cross-functional collaboration and strategic account management.

Responsabilità

- Identify new clients and qualify opportunities
- Develop and maintain account plans aligned to revenue goals
- Cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts
- Forecast on a monthly basis and manage client debt
- Meet KPIs for client contact, retention, and growth
- Articulate propositions in client context and understand market landscape
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and escalate risks




- Contribute to Elevate Performance and complete required training

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10 years experience in consultative sales roles, preferably in software/data industry
- Knowledge of and network in the financial sector (banks, financial houses, payment institutions)
- Ability to articulate complex propositions in business value terms
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Outstanding networking and communication skills
- Strong written communication
- Demonstrated leadership of others
