ullibEmployment condition: /b Full-time, 40 hours per week. /li /ul pMetaSensing is an innovative Italian remote sensing company founded in 2008 with the aim of commercializing the new compact, high resolution radar mapping technology. /p pIn just a few years, MetaSensing has acquired numerous successful airborne radar campaigns completed at the Ka, Ku, X, C, S, L and P frequency bands, and developed drone and space-based radar systems for different applications. /p pToday MetaSensing is one of the unique companies in the world which offer cost effective airborne and space-based radar sensors and services both for commercial and security applications. /p pCombination of innovative technology and advanced processing techniques has made MetaSensing a fast growing, global company with projects in Europe, South-East Asia, Middle East, North and South America. /p h3Role Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist who will be responsible for managing and coordinating MetaSensing’s internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, effective, and ongoing communication aligned with the company’s identity and strategic priorities. /p pThe role will focus on strengthening the company’s visibility, positioning, and reputation through the management of digital channels, content creation, media relations, and the coordination of key communication initiatives. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to showcase MetaSensing’s achievements, technological innovations, products, and key activities, while also ensuring a clear and structured flow of internal communications. /p h3Position Overview and
Key Responsibilities
/h3 pThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating corporate communication activities,
working closely with different departments to ensure the effective dissemination of information and enhance the visibility of MetaSensing’s activities. /p pThe main responsibilities will be organized into the following areas. /p h3External Communications and Digital Channels /h3 ul liManage and develop corporate communications across digital channels, with a particular focus on MetaSensing’s LinkedIn profile and website. /li liDevelop, write, and regularly publish news, articles, corporate updates, and content related to the company’s products, projects, and key activities. /li liPlan and maintain an editorial and communications calendar aligned with company priorities, product developments, programming milestones, events, and key announcements. /li liEnsure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and corporate identity across all communication channels. /li liMonitor the performance of published content and identify opportunities to improve the visibility and effectiveness of digital communications. /li /ul h3Internal and Corporate Communications /h3 ul liManage and coordinate internal communications, facilitating the sharing of information among management, departments, and the company’s different locations. /li liDraft and distribute internal communications regarding company initiatives, achievements, project milestones, events, and organizational updates.
/li liSupport management in preparing and disseminating corporate communications addressed to employees. /li liCollaborate with the heads of the various divisions to gather information and highlight results, activities, and initiatives of company-wide interest. /li liContribute to structuring and improving internal communication processes, ensuring that information is shared clearly, promptly, and consistently. /li /ul h33.3 Content creation and Product Communication /h3 ul liWrite and edit corporate news, press releases, product announcements, corporate updates, articles, interviews, and other communication materials. /li liCollaborate with Technical, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to turn technical information and project results into clear, accurate, and accessible content for different audiences. /li liSupport the definition and execution of communication plans for new product launches, partnership announcements, and key company milestones. /li liContribute to the development of communication materials, visual content, and corporate presentations, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers when needed. /li liEnsure that technical and commercial content is consistent with MetaSensing’s positioning and brand identity. /li /ul h3Media Relations and Public Relations /h3 ul liBuild and maintain relationships with journalists, magazines, trade publications, newspapers, and media outlets operating in the aerospace, space, defense, and technology sectors. /li liIdentify national and international media visibility opportunities, proposing content and initiatives that showcase MetaSensing’s expertise, technologies, and achievements. /li liPrepare and distribute press releases and informational materials for media outlets. /
