Overview

In this role you will support the definition, development, and monitoring of Prysmian Group’s corporate and business strategies from Milan, partnering with senior leadership to identify growth, transformation and performance opportunities. You will conduct market and competitive analyses, build business cases and financial evaluations, and drive organic and inorganic growth initiatives including M&A. You will synthesize complex information into concise executive messages and prepare CEO/Board-level presentations. This role offers exposure to cross-functional transformations and strategic planning at the top level.

Responsabilità

- Support the development and continuous update of the Group's strategic plan and business unit strategies
- Conduct market analyses, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and economic evaluations to inform decisions
- Collaborate in defining and executing growth initiatives, including M&A;, strategic partnerships, and investments




- Contribute to cross-functional transformation projects and organizational development programs
- Synthesize complex information into executive messages and prepare CEO/Board-level presentations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Advanced PowerPoint skills for CEO/Executive Committee/Board-level presentations from blank pages
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities (valuation, scenario analysis, business case development, investment assessment, sensitivity analysis)
- Ability to independently build complex analyses, models, and executive materials
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Fluency in English; other languages a plus
- Proven experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy
- Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology, or B2B environments
- Experience in strategic projects (planning, go-to-market, transformation, organizational design, market assessments, competitive intelligence, investments, M&A;)
