Overview

As Document Controller, you manage the lifecycle of project and company documents to ensure accuracy, compliance and accessibility. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain version-controlled records and support audits. The role involves EDMS management, governance of documents, and clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. You help uphold regulatory standards and data protection while enabling efficient project execution.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- salary range 39.000–49.000 gross per year

Responsabilità

- Document intake, registration, and assignment of unique IDs to project documents
- Quality and compliance checks on signatures, formatting, and revision numbers
- Maintain EDMS platforms (SharePoint, Asite, Procore, etc.) and ensure latest versions are used
- Version control and archiving of obsolete files
- Generate document status reports, logs, and assist during audits




- Safeguard confidential data and manage access permissions
- Ensure clear communication aligned with business culture and facilitate cross-department collaboration
- Attend and participate in business meetings and support Health & Safety requirements
- Ensure ITC/regulatory compliance for international trade activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in managing documents and EDMS platforms
- English fluency
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail under pressure
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Multitasking ability and flexible work approach
- Valid full driving license
