Join our top-notch team of approximately 43,500 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®. /p h3The Job: /h3 pAs the bItaly Payroll Specialist /b , you’ll be part of our bPayroll /b team. /p ul liSupport the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities, including hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, payroll changes, time and attendance system updates, absence management, and payroll controls in cooperation with the external provider, ADP. /li liPerform end-to-end payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. /li liManage pension fund information and related payroll administration activities. /li liOversee garnishments management in line with local legal and payroll requirements. /li liPrepare payroll payments and a variety of payroll-related reports. /li liCollaborate closely with the internal payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations. /li liResolve payroll issues and respond to questions raised by employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. /li liSupport year-end payroll activities, including CU, 770, audits, and payroll-related projects. /li /ul h3The Person: /h3 pYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. - €38,000.00 /p ul liThis is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting.
