You will welcome guests, take orders, and craft cocktails and beverages to the highest standards while maintaining a warm and professional service. You will know cocktails, wines, and beverages to advise guests; handle payments following cashiering procedures; keep stock par levels, and maintain fridge temperature logs. The role involves opening, closing and cleaning tasks to ensure spotless service.
