Work Location: Italy

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support for customers in the Italy region remotely or on-site, including equipment fault diagnosis and operation & maintenance.
2. Provide customers with product training, installation standards, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting training; handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support; escalate major technical issues to headquarters until closure.
3. Responsible for on-site surveys, installation guidance, grid-connection commissioning, and acceptance testing for residential energy storage projects, ultimately ensuring smooth equipment operation.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proficient in Italian.
2. Knowledge of energy storage products.
3. Strong communication skills.
