For the strengthening of the Compliance function within Cedacri companies, part of ION Group, we are looking for talented professionals to grow their career as bCompliance Specialist /b. This opportunity is aimed at candidates with b1-3 years of experience /b in areas such as compliance, internal controls, data analysis, or related fields. Selected candidates, preferably with an academic background in Economics, Statistics, or similar disciplines, will join a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, leveraging analytical and data-driven approaches to support compliance activities, business processes, and strategic objectives. p h3Your role: /h3 h3Your duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and, through impact analysis,
evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirements /li liProvide consulting activities towards internal and external Clients, in the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory field /li liSupport the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures and company operating instructions /li liSupport in managing relations with Customers and external authorities. /li /ul h3Other duties /h3 pWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. /p h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications required /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in economics or an equivalent degree (with honors) /li liGood knowledge of banking processes /li liGood knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to banking and financial institutions /li liStrong motivation and passion for Compliance /li liEnthusiastic and proactive attitude /li liDrive for innovation and business evolution /li liExcellent knowledge of the English and Italian language /li /ul h3What
