Freelance SAP CO Lead / Senior SAP CO Consultant

? Location: Reggio Emilia, Italy (Hybrid – 1 day per week on-site)

? Contract: Freelance / B2B

?? Languages: Italian and English

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Lead / Senior SAP CO Consultant to support our client with SAP Controlling processes, implementations, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and optimize controlling and cost management processes.
- Configure SAP CO and support budgeting, cost allocations, product costing, and profitability analysis.
- Manage integrations with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP.
- Lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and go-live activities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and migrations.





Requirements
- 8–10+ years of SAP CO experience.
- Strong knowledge of CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PC, CO-PA, and Material Ledger.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Stream Lead, or Project Manager.
- Knowledge of manufacturing controlling and international rollouts is a plus.
- Fluent Italian and good English.
