pWork Flexibility: Hybrid HR Administration Apprentice Position Summary The HR Administration Apprentice will support the delivery of efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR administrative services, contributing to the smooth management of day-to-day HR operations. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, managers, and employees, the role will gain exposure to core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while developing a solid understanding of HR operations within a dynamic multinational organization. The position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and international environment, interacting with stakeholders across Southern Europe and supporting initiatives focused on process simplification, digitalization, data quality, and continuous improvement. As the Apprentice develops in the role, there will be opportunities to broaden exposure to regional HR activities and projects. /ph3HR Administration Employee Lifecycle Support /h3ulliSupport employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes, time attendance management and offboarding processes. /liliAssist with HR documentation in line with company policies and local regulations. /liliMaintain accurate employee records in HR systems and digital platforms. /liliProvide first-level support for routine HR administrative inquiries. /liliCoordinate with Payroll, HR teams and external providers to support HR transactions. /li /ulh3Digital HR Process Improvement /h3ulliSupport the review and optimization of HR administrative processes. /liliAssist in identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization and digitalization. /liliContribute to the implementation and adoption of HR tools and employee self-service solutions. /liliMaintain process documentation and knowledge-management materials.



/liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee experience. /li /ulh3Data Management, Compliance Reporting /h3ulliSupport data quality checks and HR audits. /liliHandle confidential employee information in compliance with GDPR and company policies. /liliAssist in maintaining HR databases, dashboards and reporting tools. /liliSupport preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports and analytics. /liliContribute to compliance with local employment regulations and internal procedures. /li /ulh3Stakeholder Support Projects /h3ulliCollaborate with employees, managers and HR colleagues in an international environment. /liliSupport employee engagement initiatives, surveys and communication activities. /liliParticipate in HR projects related to digitalization, process improvement and organizational effectiveness. /liliProvide general administrative and project support as required by the HR team. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree (completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field. /liliStrong interest in Human Resources, digital tools and process improvement. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and Copilot or other AI tools. /liliPrevious internship or HR experience is beneficial. /liliFluent English; Spanish is considered an advantage.
