HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Registration of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
- Validation of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
- Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including preparation of packaging and documents in SAP.
- Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint,



liaising with Logistics in case of need or anomalies.
- Operational support for Team activities as needed.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Ability to analyze and identify problems.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Organized and autonomous, will become independent to deliver optimal results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English
