Overview

In this role, you will own the end-to-end employee experience, shaping onboarding, events, learning, and wellbeing programs to reinforce Satispay’s culture. You will work closely with the Head of People Experience & Development to deliver memorable experiences at scale in a fast-paced environment. You will drive community-building and cross-functional collaboration to support a thriving, inclusive workplace. Responsabilità

- End-to-End Onboarding Management: design and refine the onboarding journey for new joiners to ensure a welcoming, high-impact start
- Internal Events & Team Building: plan and execute company-wide events, offsites, and team activities
- Community & Wellbeing Initiatives: drive internal community management and welfare programs fostering inclusion




- E-Learning & L&D; Tool Management: oversee learning platforms, track usage, manage provider relationships
- Team Budget & Accounting Management: handle operational logistics, invoicing, budgeting, and reconciliation with Finance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Event Management Expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale events in hybrid/office settings
- High Autonomy & Hands-On Execution: proactive, delivery-focused self-starter
- Exceptional Organization & Project Management: detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Creative & Community-Minded: generate engaging engagement and culture programs
- Financial & Administrative Rigor: comfortable with vendor management, budgeting, and admin tasks
- Communication & Facilitation Skills: fluent in Italian and English, strong stakeholder engagement
