Overview

In this role you support the Group Credit function to manage customer credit risk across portfolios. You will assess creditworthiness, set limits and terms, and handle complex credit cases within policy. You balance commercial needs with risk via delegated decisions and contribute to improving credit processes and reporting. You work with cross-functional teams to align objectives and risk appetite. This position offers impact through strengthening credit governance and data-driven decision-making in a global context.

Responsabilità

- Perform in-depth analysis of customer financial statements to evaluate creditworthiness and capacity to support exposure
- Assess new customer credit risks and approve credit applications per policies
- Define, approve and review credit limits and payment terms aligned with risk profiles and thresholds
- Evaluate high-risk or elevated exposure accounts and determine appropriate credit decisions
- Approve or reject credit releases based on financial position, payment behavior, and overall risk
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to balance commercial needs with risk appetite
- Support development and enhancement of credit reporting, controls, and monitoring tools




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven analysis for risk monitoring and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and control requirements related to credit management

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in Credit Management, Credit Risk, Finance, or related functions
- Experience in credit assessment, limit management, exposure monitoring, and credit decision-making
- Strong financial statement analysis skills (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)
- Experience with SAP HANA/ECC FI-CR; knowledge of HighRadius is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to handle complex financial data
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proactive, accountable, results-oriented, and capable of working in cross-functional and international environments
- Basic level of English
