Overview

In this role you will support Genesis sales performance and enhance the customer journey through efficient vehicle ordering, allocation, stock, and delivery processes. You will serve as a key interface among retailers, HQ, logistics partners, and internal teams to drive operational excellence, retailer performance, and business growth. You will deliver data-driven insights, manage end-to-end ordering, and optimize logistics to ensure a smooth handover. This role offers the chance to shape how we balance priorities, improve customer satisfaction, and scale operations in a global environment.

Responsabilità

- Prepare and maintain regular reports on retail sales, wholesale, stock, orders, and deliveries
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support forecasting and budget planning through data analysis
- Develop ad hoc analyses to inform management decisions
- Manage end-to-end vehicle ordering for accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor order bank, production status, inbound pipeline, and vehicle availability




- Coordinate vehicle allocation balancing retailer needs and customer demand
- Support stock management strategies to maximize conversion opportunities
- Coordinate logistics and delivery planning for seamless handovers
- Provide guidance to retailers on ordering, allocation, stock, vehicle status and delivery planning
- Monitor retailer performance KPIs and support actions to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Network Development, Logistics, and HQ teams
- Support implementation of new systems, tools, and procedures ensuring policy compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Business Administration (or related)
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Dealer Support, or related automotive function
- Automotive industry experience preferred; premium automotive experience a plus
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical mindset, customer focus, and stakeholder management skills
